Porkchops and Pickaxes

I’m building a thing.

((Uh… whoops.

So the first time I repopulated my Nether chunks it was just around the area of my one portal. So I just repopulated the chunks around my other portal and suddenly there’s a new fortress on my doorstep?

I DIDN’T MEAN FOR THAT TO HAPPEN

not that it’s a problem but

Look what I found while looking for quartz! A whole new Nether fortress and some Nether wart!

So I wandered really far in the Nether and found this quartz stuff. I’m collecting a lot of it, and I put down a portal near where there’s a bunch but uh.

I have no idea where I am.

So I’m just collecting a lot and trying not to stray too far from my portal. Gosh I hope getting home won’t be too hard…

Seriously, though. The caves over here go on forever, and there is no part of them that is not terrifying.

So… this keeps happening.

I went back to the village. I thought it’d be nice to be around people again but… I dunno, I’m having a hard time really wanting to talk to anyone.

I keep wondering like. When Herobrine comes back, what is she going to do? She’ll be mad, won’t she? Will she… will she do to this village what she did to the other one?

I talked to Mister Librarian. I wasn’t really sure what to say, and in the end I didn’t tell him everything. But he could tell I was thinking about leaving. He said it was okay if I wanted to, I’d already done so much for them that they’ll be fine on their own now.

I promised to come visit.

So I went back to the little house I built on my way over. This isn’t going to be a permanent base, I’d like to build something else. A tower, maybe? A tower might be nice.

I put some stuff in the house so I can live comfortably while I work on my proper base.

(The chicken wandered in accidentally. She has since wandered out again.)

I then explored a cave which inspired me to settle here in the first place. It’s really vast, and also really dangerous!! The danger was worth it though. I got 12 diamonds just on my first trip there!!

So I think living in this area will be nice. I think some solitude will do me good.

I’m making my way back to the desert village. There’s this area I pass through every time, with a swamp next to a desert and some mountains, that I always want to explore some more, but I’m always trying to get somewhere else when I pass through.

So this time, I stopped and built a little house there, to mark where I’d like to build a base in the future! I’ll come back later with more supplies and settle down here for a bit, I think.

I’m still branch mining and I’m finding lots of diamonds!! But uh…

I keep hearing noises, like… footsteps and stuff? It doesn’t sound like any monsters I know… and I thought I saw something in the distance, through the void fog but when I got closer it disappeared…

I’m really, really creeped out right now.
